When you need it. When a boiler stops producing hot water or heating, makes unusual noises, leaks, or shows fault codes on the display.

Before you get in touch. Note the boiler make and model, the age if you know it, and what the fault is doing.

Arrival to locate the source of the leak, temporary measures to stop water damage, identification of the cause, and repair of the burst or leaking section.

When you need it. When a pipe bursts, a joint springs a leak, or water is escaping from anywhere it shouldn't in your property.

Before you get in touch. Switch off the water at the stopcock if possible. Turn off the boiler if it's a heating leak. Note the location of the leak.

Identification of the blockage location using inspection equipment, removal of the obstruction by rod, jet or excavation, and flushing through to restore flow.

When you need it. When a toilet, sink, bath or shower drains slowly or not at all, or sewage backs up into the property.

Before you get in touch. Stop using the affected drains. Note which appliances are affected and when the problem started.

Installation of boiler, pipework and radiators or repairs to existing systems. Includes flushing, balancing radiators, and system commissioning.

When you need it. When installing new heating, replacing an old boiler, adding radiators, or fixing an existing system that's not heating evenly.

Before you get in touch. Measure rooms to be heated. Note the age of the current system if replacing it. Check boiler location.

Removal of old suite if needed, supply and installation of bath, basin, toilet and shower, connection of water and waste pipes, and tiling or finishing work.

When you need it. When upgrading a bathroom, replacing damaged or outdated suite, or installing a new bathroom in a property.

Before you get in touch. Take measurements of the space. Decide on layout and have photos of products you want. Check water pressure and drainage.

Repair or installation of water supply pipes, taps, stopcocks, isolation valves, overflow pipes, and waste connections throughout the property.

When you need it. When a tap leaks or drips, pipes are noisy, water pressure is low, or new pipework is needed for extensions or renovations.
